By using Homer Costa del Sol you agree to these terms.

The service

Homer lets you browse homes for sale on the Costa del Sol, save the ones you like and request viewings. Listings are provided by partner real estate agencies.

Listings

We do our best to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability and details are set by the agencies and may change. Homer is not a party to any purchase.

Your account

You need an account to use Homer. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Viewings

A viewing request is not a confirmed appointment until the agency confirms it with you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, scrape listings or submit false requests. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Homer is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on listing information.
