Privacy Policy

Homer Costa del Sol ("Homer", "we") helps you discover homes on the Costa del Sol. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number; your sign-in provider (Apple, Google or email); your dream-home preferences; the homes you pass on or save; and the viewings you request.

How we use it

To show you matching homes, to arrange the viewings you book, and — only if you agree — to contact you about viewings and email you new listings. You can change these choices any time in Settings.

Who we share it with

When you request a viewing, your contact details and the viewing request are shared with the real estate agency listing that home. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, saved homes, swipes and viewing requests are permanently removed.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Delete your account directly in Settings → Delete account, or contact us to exercise any other right.
